Des Moines' 515 Brewing Announces Puppy Jake Porter Release

Yet another reason to love November when Puppy Jake starts flowing at 515 Brewing in Clive, Iowa. This year the always delicious peanut butter porter will start flowing November 11th at noon.

It's not just a great beer (4.13 per Untappd users) but it's also for a great cause. From the 515 Facebook post:
In honor of Veteran's Day, 515 created Puppy Jake Porter, an exclusive peanut butter flavored porter supporting the Puppy Jake Foundation, a non-profit providing professionally trained service dogs for military veterans.

Help us support our military veterans through the Puppy Jake Foundation by stopping in for a beer on Veterans Day. Plus, meet some of the Puppy Jake’s service dogs and their trainers and owners. Learn how you can get involved with this great foundation.

A portion of all Puppy Jake Porter sales will go to support the Puppy Jake Foundation. Show us you're a military Veteran, and you'll get one free beer on us. If you can't make it between 4 - 8 p.m., make sure you stop in sometime that day. (open 12 p.m. - 11 p.m.)
You can usually count on this sweet porter flowing through Thanksgiving. I make a practice of taking the in-laws by for a pint every year. Good stuff and for a great cause. Cheers 515!
