Fat Hill Brewing Announces Belgian Golden Crowler Release

Fat Hill Brewing has announced a special beer release set for Saturday, April 14th at noon at their Mason City taproom. Belgian Golden Strong is a big beer called a "deep copper stunner" with "tropical fruit flavors created by a special strain of Belgian yest." Fat Hill doesn't stop there. This beer then went in a Mexican Port barrel for eight months to soak up those special sweet wine flavors.

This 11% ABV Belgian Strong Ale will be available for 10 ounce pours once the doors open and in 100 crowlers specially sized at 750 ml to-go for $20. Fat Hill has placed a 3 crowler limit and does advise these are purged of oxygen and should age nicely at 65 degrees or cooler.

For more details, check out the Fat Hill website link listed in their Tweet.
